The Arrow collectors found in stores conceal meticulous work carried out by our Research and Development Department which puts all its experience on tracks around the world to use.

Added to this is the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians who deal with: diameter, section variations, components, welding and design diligently controlled to obtain a very competent, reliable and beautiful product. Depending on the engine and its combustion scheme, the best possible configuration is chosen for the grouping from the collectors themselves to the silencer. We speak of 4:2:1, 4:2:2, 2:1:2, 4:2:2, 2:1:2, 4:2:1, 3:1:1 and so on, which, although to the uninitiated they may seem like the ramblings of football coaches, are, in fact, one of the most important aspects of installing a manifold. But theory is not enough; extreme care must be taken in the production process. It is essential to connect the different section passages in the best possible way, in order to obtain the most agile gas flow possible. To this end, the connections between the different components of the manifolds are made with parts made by numerical control machines. For the same reason, the welds must be carried out delicately and not reduce the section of the passage of the exhaust gases.
