why use Healtech eSync?

All multi-cylinder petrol engines require synchronisation of the air intake nozzles to ensure that each cylinder receives the same air/fuel mixture. Traditionally, this requires the use of analogue vacuum gauges (inaccurate, heavy and fragile) or a mercury pressure gauge (large, cumbersome and very fragile). Conventional tools cannot display pulse waveforms, only averaged pressure values.

The eSync solves these problems with high accuracy, compact size, robust design and an advanced yet easy-to-use software interface.

How it works

The Healtech eSync system consists of a measurement module with four measurement channels. Each channel is measured by a high-sensitivity, ultra-fast, factory-calibrated vacuum sensor.

The module connects to a computer via a USB cable and is managed by a Windows program (download here and try it out) that displays absolute vacuum values and pulse waveforms for each cylinder in real time.

The software records each test session and can generate a service report for workshop use. Each session file can also be retrieved and replayed to display information to the customer.
