HEALTECH FI TUNER PRO HT-FIT-S01 SUZUKI
The FI Tuner Pro is a module to modify the injection map (mixture) on certain Suzuki motorcycle models.
It is unique on the market in that it allows you to adjust the air/fuel mixture throughout the RPM/throttle position range without modifying the original ECU! It takes advantage of the ECU's expansion port to change the map continuously in real-time, and thus uses all the original wiring: there is no need to install another wiring harness interspersed with the injectors like other products on the market such as Power Commander or Bazaaz.

The FI Tuner pro is a very effective solution to achieve a perfect injection map for your motorcycle (when calibrated in conjunction with the use of a gas analyzer).
Additionally, FI Tuner pro is used to reduce CO emissions in order to pass the MOT: for example, a GSX-R1000 with 4% emissions can be reduced to 0.25% by reducing the mixture -15/20% with the FI Tuner pro program.

The FI Tuner Pro is unique on the market - it communicates with the original ECU, modifying the original map in real time, to achieve optimal performance with any exhaust/filter system.
How does the FI Tuner Pro work?
The system uses a software program (Windows) to create a map with changes (+/-) from the standard map throughout the rpm range. You can try the software by downloading it here.
The program can create and store two maps in the hardware module that is installed on the bike. The module connects to the ECU's expansion port and continuously exercises control of the original map in real time. Unlike other systems on the market, the FI Tuner Pro does not involve a permanent modification to the ECU: if the module is unplugged, it leaves the ECU in its original state. In addition, installation is much easier than with other systems. The module is very small and does not require adding more cables to the injectors while the original ECU continues to control the injectors, not the FI Tuner Pro.
Although the ideal would be to design a specific map for your bike using a test bench with a gas analyzer, there are maps provided by the manufacturer, Healtech Electronics.
FI Tuner Pro Installation
Bypassing the Lambda probe (cutting the cable).
Set the exhaust valve open.
Connect the FI Tuner Pro to the throttle position sensor (TPS) wire.
Connect the FI Tuner Pro to the RPM wire (crankshaft position sensor/"Pickup").
Connect the FI Tuner pro to the expansion port.
Install the program.
Connect the computer to load a map or modify the map.
