The Healtech Electronics SIA “Suzuki Injection Adjuster” is a professional tool that allows simple modification of the injection map on certain Suzuki motorcycle models, without the need to install anything on the bike!
Ideal for reducing the CO percentage and thus passing emissions tests, or for solving the backfiring problem with an aftermarket exhaust / air filter.

The Healtech Electronics SIA “Suzuki Injection Adjuster” is a professional tool that allows simple modification of the injection map on certain Suzuki motorcycle models, without the need to install anything on the bike!
Ideal for reducing the CO percentage and thus passing emissions tests, or for solving the backfiring problem with an aftermarket exhaust / air filter.
Currently the SIA is the only device that allows these adjustments to be made, since neither the Nikko Racing “Suzuki Injection Adjuster” nor the Yoshimura “Fuel Injection Adjuster Box” are available anymore.
How to use the SIA?
The SIA connects to the ECU expansion port connector, on most Suzuki motorcycles manufactured between 1997 and 2014.
The Healtech SIA has two adjustment ranges.
“IDLE”: Idle up to 3000 rpm. Allows +/- 8% fuel adjustment on individual cylinders.
“LOAD”: From 3000 rpm to redline. Allows -10% / +15% fuel adjustment on all cylinders for three throttle position ranges (0-40% / 40-80% / 80-100%).
A -10% adjustment will reduce the CO level (for example from 4.5% to 0.5%, depending on the bike). However, if the CO level is above 5% then the -10% reduction is likely to be insufficient. In this case you will need the FI Tuner pro (see below) which offers adjustment up to -15%.

Compatibility
The SIA is compatible with Suzuki models that have the expansion port.

Alternative to the SIA: the FI Tuner Pro
The SIA is a workshop tool, designed to make quick adjustments and solve specific problems. However, such adjustments cover a wide range and are not suitable for improving performance.
An alternative product for fine-tuning the fuel map is the Healtech FI-Tuner pro.
This offers precise control, without modifying the original ECU map. The FI Tuner pro is cheaper than a Power Commander and much easier to install.
