Remove the top air box cover, remove the top air box cover + filter, place the MWR "HE" in place of the cover and screw the filter firmly to the air box with the included screws and spacers, see photos.

The plate has a different function, the plate protects the filter from rain and water used to clean the motorcycle.

Note: Check the condition of the filter from time to time... it cannot be dried by oil.

Unlike all other sport filters, the "HE" filter creates a much better and more uniform airflow to all cylinders, which means that you must adapt the fuel supply of all cylinders separately to achieve the maximum effect of the "HE" filter. It affects all twin, V-twin, three, four and V4 engines.

Remapping the ECU or fuel control module is highly recommended.
