The Z-RACING windscreen line is based on the balance between an aggressive aesthetic in line with your bike and comfort and functionality for the rider.
Z-Racing windscreens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than the original windscreens of each bike, being tested in the virtual wind tunnel to ensure an improvement in the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection of the rider since thanks to their double height, they deflect the wind that would hit their helmet and upper torso. In turn, the two side channels collect the air flow and channel it outwards with the aim of reducing the air pressure on the rider's shoulders.
The improvement in aerodynamic protection is 12.7% (on average in an upright position) compared to the original model and 61% in the "racing" riding position.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, in 3mm high-impact acrylic material, we achieve a resistant, light, durable piece with a rounded piece finish >2mm (complying with the German TÜV safety regulations). The artificial vision system used during the quality control process ensures that the screens reach the customer in perfect condition.
Z-Racing screens are available in a wide range of colours to personalise your bike to your liking.
The assembly of the windscreen does not require additional parts such as trim and each windscreen is accompanied by a comprehensive aerodynamic study indicating the improvements in performance and protection for the pilot.
