With the new SHIFT ASSIST system, Rapid Bike has made a significant advance in gear change management. Thanks to a highly advanced technological development, we can indifferently perform upshifts (classic mode) or downshifts (the so-called 'blipper', available on bikes equipped with 'ride by wire'). This revolutionary system allows fans of riding on the track to develop extraordinary performances, significantly improving the sensations and pleasure of driving.
The load cell sensor can communicate, via the CAN-bus line, with the Evo and Racing control units to automatically calibrate the force exerted, being in perfect harmony with the particular characteristics of the motorcycle. A reduction in mechanical stress obtained thanks to the exclusive “self-learning” process for immediate injection of power to the engine.
It incorporates compatibility with YouTune for the management of the pressure exerted to activate the assisted shift. In addition, and always working in conjunction with YouTune, a very interesting function is added, which allows the adjustment of the sensitivity of the throttle to improve the engine reaction.
THE ACCESSORY IS AVAILABLE WITH TWO DIFFERENT FEATURES:
Only for gear shifting operations on the rise (code K27-SW-GEAR); compatible with all
the motorcycle models in our application list including details of the shift rod
For gear shifting operations “up and down” (BLIPPER mode); Available only for
