FERTAN FEDOGEL 750ML

FEDOGEL is a rust remover for quick removal of rust (perfect also for vertical surfaces). This almost pH-neutral solution removes rust, and tarnish colors from ferrous steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, chrome and silver. Due to the high reaction speed and the high yield, annealing colours can be removed in a few seconds and rust between 15 min and 12 hours, depending on the degree of rust. In contrast to other products available on the market, no heating is required with FeDOGEL. The natural substance-based, solvent-free composition guarantees gentle and environmentally friendly derusting. FeDOGEL can be the optimum solution for larger components and hard-to-reach areas.

Application

The gel film applied with approximately 3-5 mm thickness dissolves the corrosion. Read and understand all safety instructions before use. Wear protective clothing, eye/face protection, and protective gloves.

Apply with a brush or sponge. Reaction time 10-60 minutes.

Protect from drying out.

Clean without residue with water, if necessary with a brush or sponge.

If corrosion is very severe, repeat the application couple of times.

Keep the original container tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight at 5°C to 25°C. Use opened containers in a short time.

Cleaned parts should be protected against renewed corrosion as quickly as possible with suitable rust protection. E.g. with MM30, FERPOX Epoxy Primer, paint, wax etc.
