To install the "HE" filter, you need to make a modification (F4 ONLY): remove the peculiar plastic tube from the top of the airbox.

Use the new bolt included that comes with the filter. First put the filter in place, turn the seven bolts so that the filter is in place, and then tighten the bolts.
